Responsibilities:
The position of Student Recruitment and Agent Relations Officer has the responsibility to recruit students from Japan and other markets in accordance with agreed targets. The post is a combination of office-based activity including administrative work and international travel, representing the school at partner institutions, other events in Europe and international trade shows as required.
· Recruiting students locally and internationally through both B2C and B2B outlets by using online and traditional means.
· Meeting and driving sales targets set by management.
· Representing the group on a global level in an appropriate brand ambassador manner.
· Building on product portfolio and passing on strategic country trends.
· Providing relevant reports and analysis to management.
· Maintaining and updating an active client database through a CRM system.
· Production of relevant marketing material, both online and print.
· Maintaining social media outlets, viral marketing, and other e-marketing tools.
· Link building and SEO placement for websites.
· Providing seamless customer service.
· Attending relevant trade fairs, workshops.
Qualifications and skills:
· 3rd level qualification.
· Proven track record in international education sales.
· Ability to negotiate on an international B2B level and drive through set targets.
· Ability to undertake substantial international travel.
Desired experience:
· Business Development: 3 years.
· Sales Management: 3 years.

· Travel is a key requirement of this role.
· Hours: Mon-Fri , (39 hours per week) flexible when travelling.
· Department: Marketing and Admissions.
· Reports to: Director of Marketing and Admissions.
· Permanent contract.
