英日・日英翻訳国際会議IJET-26参加申込の受付開始！

英日・日英翻訳国際会議（International Japanese-English Translation Conference、略称IJET）は日本翻訳者協会（JAT）が主催する年次会議です。日本と英語圏の国で交代して開催されており、今年は英国翻訳通訳協会（ITI）日本語部会J-Netの共催により、英国ヨークで開かれます。

6月20〜21日に英国ヨークで開催されるIJET-26の参加申し込み受付を開始しました。さまざまな知識を学べるセッションと、翻訳・通訳者仲間と交流できるネットワーキングの機会を取り揃え、ヨークでお待ちしています。今年のテーマは"Translation: Art, Craft, Enterprise"。実行委員会では、以下の3つのアングルから、多彩な講演やワークショップ、パネルディスカッション、ポスタープレゼンテーションを準備中です。
Art: 翻訳と創造性
Craft: 翻訳・通訳スキルと専門分野
Enterprise: ビジネスとしての翻訳

Registration Now Open for The 26th International Japanese English Translation Conference, IJET-26!

The International Japanese English Translation Conference is held annually, and alternates between Japan and English-speaking countries. This year it’s being hosted in York, UK, by the Institute of Translation and Interpreting’s Japanese language specialist network, J-Net, on behalf of the Japan Association of Translators.

Join us in York for informative presentations and plenty of opportunities for networking with your colleagues. This year's theme is "Translation: Art, Craft, Enterprise". The organising committee is hard at work preparing talks, workshops, panels, and poster presentations to address these three facets of translation:
Art: creativity in translation
Craft: developing practical translation skills and areas of specialization
Enterprise: translation as a business
