I am looking for a place to live since January

初めまして。

１月６日をもって学生寮が終わってしまうため次の家を探しています。
希望は€６００〜€７００の間で探しています。
場所は北側でも南側でも構いませんが、交通の便も考えてセンターまで徒歩で３０分ほどで行ける場所がいいです。
何か情報があればよろしくお願いします。

My student dormitory will end on January 6th, so I am looking for a new home.
I'm looking for between €600 and €700.
The location can be on the north or south side, but considering transportation, it is best to choose a location where you can walk to the center in about 30 minutes.
