Some fridge, a microwave, an oven, a grill, a washing machine with drying are placed. 1 bathroom, plates, cutleries, pans, etc are shared. A heater is in the room, it’s not central heating.

No hair dryer, no iron, no hoover.

House rules:
No smoke and no party.
A kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom are cleaned once in a week on turn taken by themselves.

Rent:
€520 including internet, electricity and bins. NOT including bills. Bills are around €60〜€85. It depends on seasons.

Deposit:
€1090 (rent €520 × 2months + €50 for your key deposit) is required by cash.
The rent needs to be paid by cash every 4 weeks in advance.
