We have a cosy private room with large bed available in a 3 bed house sharing with one girl and two guys

Rent is €495 per month
Bills are approximately €75 per person per month (Bins, Electricity, heating & Internet)

You'll be sharing the house with 3 friendly, international professionals. It's non-smoking house. We respect each other and keep the house and garden clean. Big garden in the back for summer bbq and growing strawberries!

Bus stop is 2 mins away. 40/79 bus to the city is every 10mins, takes 15 mins.
Tesco / Aldi / Lidl 15-25 min away walking
10minute walk to Inchicore village.

Parking space in front of the house

Long term renting preferred. Security deposit must be paid to the landlord when moving in.
