Property Description:
A small single room available in a 5 bedroom house in RICHMOND PARADE DUBLIN 1. The house is a 12 minute walk from the top of O'Connell St, Tesco, Aldi & Lidl. It is also just a 12 minute walk to Connelly Station, Luas & DART. The Landlady pays the first 200 euros of each gas bill & electricity bills.
The Internet is included in the rent.
The room is most suited to those who like a quite living environment, as there are no parties allowed.
Smoking is not permitted on the property.
