* Non smoker please.
* Bills approximately €30 - €40 monthly depending on the season.

* Bus 130 to city centre,5 minutes walk to bus stop ( 10 minutes to the city).
* Dart 10 minutes walk (10 minutes to the city).

* 5 minutes walk to the seafront with a host of amenities including bars, restaurants,shops etc.
* 20 walk to Dollymount beach.
