5 mins from O'Connell street on bike (Dublin bikes stand literally next to the house) or 20 walking, bus 46A stops right in front of house while 120, 122, 38 and 38A leaves you 3 mins away. Also Phisboro green luas leave you literally 2 mins from the house. Nice quiet safe (cctv system installed) detached house with shared front garden, two entrances (perfect for bike users) .

We offer access to another common study desk in the hall with a ready to use computer with internet as well as access to Radio and TV in common areas free of charge.

You will be sharing the house with a couple and our very friendly pets, a friendly guy from Spain in one room and a friendly French guy in the other room (upstairs) (total of 5 persons including you in a 4 bedroom house).

Price is reduced to 600 per month due to Covid-19. The electricity / gas and Internet are the only bills to be paid in this house . The rubbish collection is already included in rent.

Internet its 540 mbps highest speed broadband in Ireland with high coverage in all house.
