spire まで徒歩5分
家から徒歩5-10分程度でLidl、tescoがあり、sparは家のほぼ目の前にあります。
とにかく立地が便利で夜遅くまでシティで遊んでしまっても徒歩で帰れます。
もちろん日本のように安全ではありませんが比較的人通りが多い通りに面しており
人がどの時間帯でも少なからずいます。
また、空港へも市バスは目の前のバス停から、エアコーチのバス停は徒歩5分程にあります。
これがとにかく便利でした。

部屋は　メキシコ、パナマ、日本人の女性とシェアになります。
シェアルームですがシングルベットです。

バスルームは2箇所あり、1つを5人でシェアして使っています。
時間制限もはなくとくに不便を感じたことはありません。
ラティーナが多いので根は明るくおしゃべり好きですが、うるさすぎるということはなく、
大人の女性たちです。

光熱費は2ヶ月ごとに10-20€程です。
その他洗剤やトイレットペーパーはその都度皆で1€ずつ出し合う程度です。
掃除はリストがあり交代制です。
