1月31日より入居可能です。5人の女子でアパートメントをシェアしています。部屋は3部屋あり、そのうちの１つを2人でシェアとなります。ナショナリティはブラジル、フランス、台湾、スペインと多様なので色んな文化や慣習を学ぶことができます。またみんな良く喋るので英語の勉強にもうってつけだと思います。

"IMMEDIATE Shared Room Vacancy, Near City Center.
315€

- The apartment has 4 girls, Brazilian, French, Taiwanese , Spanish and you 🙂
- There are 3 rooms which one of them you will be sharing with another girl
- The house is 25 minutes away to city center and it takes 10 minutes by bike. There is Dublin Bike & Luas, 3 minutes from the house and bus stop just across the street.
- It's a new apartment with washing & dryer machine and electric shower.
- The rent is 315€ monthly. The energy bill is every two months around 40€
- It's such a nice place and we have been keeping the apartment tidy so we are looking for someone who is tidy, well organized and easy going. We are looking for someone to be part of our kareoke nights and who likes to try to cook with us new healthy recipes! We have 2 guitars here and one is broken :)))
