Dublin 15 Irish family, Single room for woman, €350 including all the bills

Hi Im a student from South Korea and currently living with Irish family. They recently cleaned the empty room and bought a new bed to have one more student.

It is a single room and the rent will be €350 including all the bills. It's located in Dublin 15 so it's quite place and the neighbours are really nice.

The family are extremely friendly and sometimes we have dinner together or go somewhere in the weekend. There's a one year old baby if she gets sick sometimes she cries at night so please consider about this.

It is a bit far from city centre so it takes about 50 minutes to go to city centre by bus (stop:4897) in the morning and normally takes 30-40minutes. The transportation costs €80 per month.
