Hello everybody, apologise for this post in English but we don't speak Japanese :) we have two single rooms left in our hous with double bed for one MALE (no shared rooms) available for rent in a nice, clean and well maintained house located in Philsboro Dublin 7.
5 mins from two different Tescos, 5 mins from Lidl and 15 mins from tesco extra (huge one) Domino's pizza,, Post Office, Church, Barber, and more
7 mins from Philsboro shopping centre
5 mins from Prussia shopping centre
8mins from O'Connell street on bike

Bus 46A stops right in front of house and the new luas Phisborough station leaves you 2 minutes walking from the house. Bus 38, 120 and 122 leaves you 3 minutes from the house as well.
Nice quiet and safe (CCTV installed) house with shared front garden, two exits (perfect for bike users)

This house it's in great conditions. And secure with cctv system.
You will be sharing with a couple 29 and 34 years ,a very friendly and quiet guy.

The moving in date for the smaller room is January 14 and the price is 660€, moving in date for the slightly bigger room is Feb 14 and rent price is 630€. Deposit will secure the room so it would be recommended to bring the deposit the day of the viewing to secure in case of interest. In case you are not yet in Dublin we can arrange an skype viewing and receive deposit/rent via transfer or you can send someone to come on your behalf.

Please note there's pets living in the house (dog downstairs in my room and garden sometimes but never in other people's rooms or free in the house. Theres two kittens in the house. Well behaved pets :).

Please not that no smoking, or drinking and no visitors are allowed in the house for security reasons.

Tenants need to bring a copy of passport or ID and a reference (if available) when moving in.
A tidy, quiet,peaceful non conflictive individual would be very suitable for a peaceful living.

electricity/gas/Internet payable between 4 rooms .

Garbage /trash is included in rent, gas is for winter mostly (only the standard basic fee for the service during summer/spring ) Internet fast speed (about 16 per month )and electricity depends on usage and will be split between 4 rooms.
