The bedroom will suit a non-smoking, neat, friendly person, and is strictly for one person only. There is shared use of the bathroom, kitchen and small garden, with limited access to living room/home office. Bills are shared.
This is a lovely, quiet, very safe exclusive residential area. Bus and DART are close by with excellent shops and amenities nearby. 10 minute walk from the sea.
Might suit student, graduate, international scholar (not suitable for Belfield), intern or international visitor.
