A single room is becoming available on the 8th of October in a house on Richmond Parade, Dublin 1. It's a lovely, quiet spot, just a gentle 12-minute walk from the top of O'Connell Street, Connolly DART station, and Store Street Luas stop — so getting into town or across the city is easy. There are also rental bikes near by.
The house has a large kitchen with — a double air fryer, rice cooker, microwave, cooker, washing machine, dryer, and a good-sized 6-drawer freezer. You'd be sharing the house with four Japanese housemates and one Spanish housemate, all easy-going and considerate. The house has two toilets & 1 shower.
Your own room comes with its own fridge,microwave, kettle, and toaster, so you can have your own little space to make tea or a quick bite whenever you like.
The landlady covers the first €200 of both the gas and electricity bills each time, which helps keep costs down. It's a non-smoking house throughout. 4 months is the minimum stay.
