アイルランド留学中に入居していたシェアハウスで、親切なニュージーランド出身の女性オーナーとの二人暮らしです。
とても清潔感のある家で、日本人に嬉しいバスタブ付き(シャワー別)です。

【オーナー説明】
Large double room to rent in a non-party, homely environment for sole occupant.

Rent: €1,000 per month + deposit (€1,000)
Bills: share of gas and electricity (2 months), WiFi and bins (monthly) and cleaner (2 weeks).

House:
Warmly decorated home with off-street carpark. 2-bedrooms and 1 bathroom (walk-in shower with separate bath). Bedroom with double bed with Orthosport Plush mattress.

Communal areas include kitchen / diner / living area leading to patio and garden. Separate living room with wood-burning stove. Utility room and additional guest toilet.

Great location:
Shopping: Lidl 200m, Aldi 1km; Tesco 1km
Public Transport: Many bus routes (stops 200m & 500m). Train Stations 1km, airport connections 1km, Luas 1.5km

House shared with owner. Previous tenants returned to their home countries. They loved the room, the house, the location. Would suit a non-smoker and working professional, who is LGBTI+ and dog friendly.
