Room availabe in Cabra, Dublin 7

Hi. We have a big single room available in Cabra, just beside Phoenix Park.
It's an international house but the main language is English

Available August 17th. We prefer someone long term

We are looking for a respectful person, male or female, to rent the room. It's a quiet house, we all get along so we hope the new tenant will be similar.

It's a no smoking house.

We also have a back garden which is nice in summer! There's a supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the house

Bills are extra: WiFi, electricity, Gas and bins. Approximately €40-60 per month depending on the time of year
