Double Room + Bathroom Dublin 1 Area

I’m Paul, a game developer working from home. I have a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Dublin 1, with balconies on both sides. One room has an en suite, the other room has full use of the separate bathroom, which has a bath/shower (in the pictures). The room is available for four months initially, with potential to extend.

I’m looking for someone who ideally doesn’t work from home fulltime, to keep the space balanced. If it’s a couple, rent would be adjusted. I travel frequently and am often at the gym in the evenings, so there’s plenty of personal time. Balconies are fine for smoking, but not inside. If you like a clean, relaxed home and fit the above, let’s discuss! I'm also still studying Japanese so it's a nice way to have polite language practice for me! I had a previous guest from Tokyo who moved home recently and it was a perfect living setup so I hope to find a similar vibe!

Bills vary but I think we could lock it at a fixed rate so there's no surprises for you. My work pays for internet already.
