こんにちは。ダブリン在住30歳日本人女性です。
現在、パートナー（2人ともフルタイム勤務 / 修士卒業予定の学生と社会人）と一緒に住めるダブルルーム、またはスタジオを探しています。
【希望条件】

入居時期： 夏以降〜（投稿者が夏に一時帰国予定のため）

予算： €2,000 /月程度まで（光熱費込み/別等お話聞かせていただけますと幸いです。）

エリア： ダブリン市内、ダブリン南エリア（Blackrock, Stillorgan等）、または公共交通機関でアクセスが良い場所

We are a professional couple (a Japanese female and my partner) looking for a home starting from late summer (August/September – we are flexible with the exact date).

[What we are looking for]

Type: Double room or Studio/One-bed apartment.

Location: Dublin City, South Dublin (e.g., Blackrock, Stillorgan, Booterstown, etc.), or any area with good access to public transport.

Budget: Up to €2,000 per month (We are open to discussing whether bills are included or separate).

Move-in date: From late summer onwards.

We are both in our 30s, non-smokers, and extremely tidy. I am a currently a undergraduate student who will be graduating soon and moving into full-time employment and my partner is full-time professional. We lead a quiet lifestyle, do not throw parties, and treat our home with great respect.

We have references to provide upon request.
