I have 1 Single Bedroom and 1 Double Bedroom available to rent in a very quiet neighbourhood in Bayside, Dublin 13.

Single Room is €680 per month. Double Room is €780 per month. Wifi and Bin Charges are included in the price. However, Gas & Electricity will be charged separately, depending on usage. 

A deposit of €680 for the Single Room is required. A deposit of €780 for the Double Room is required.

The apartment is located within a 5 minute walk of both Dart and Bus services. 

Bayside is a very scenic area, with many nice beaches, parks, walks and cycle ways on the doorstep. 

The Single Room is available from May 21st for 6+ months. (June 1st could also work as move in date).

The Double Room is available from July 1st for 6+ months.
