All bills included. You will live with landlord(chris) and his wife and son and one other guest renting a different room.

You will have access to 1Gb wifi, Washing machine, Shower, Microwave, Kettle, oven and cooker.
You will have space in kitchen to store your food.

Many shops, Cinema, Library and gym are within walking distance.
Tain is only 3 stops to city center or 25 minutes on bus. 27A is closest bus stop.
