こんにちは！今月からダブリンにワーキングホリデーに行くため、11月15日から入居できるお部屋を探しています。
私は24歳の日本人女性で、きれい好きで穏やかで、人との距離感を大切にするタイプです。
喫煙はせず、共有スペースは常に清潔に保つようにしています。

希望としては、一人部屋で、治安が良く交通の便が良いエリアを希望しています。
家賃は月€650程度（光熱費込み）を想定しています。

Hi, my name is Rio, and I’m from Japan. I’ll be moving to Dublin on a Working Holiday visa in mid-October, and I’m currently looking for a room to rent from November 15th.

A bit about me — I’m 24 years old, tidy, friendly, and respectful of others’ space. I don’t smoke, and I always keep common areas clean. In Japan, I’ve been working in corporate sales, and I’m looking forward to experiencing life and work in Ireland!

Ideally, I’m looking for a single room (not shared) in a safe and convenient area, with easy access to public transport. My budget is around €650 per month (including bills).
