A small bedroom in a 5-bedroom house will become available towards the end of November. The house is very centrally located, just a 12-minute walk from the top of O'Connell Street, all well-known supermarkets, and Connolly DART and Luas stations. The current tenants include 5 Japanese and 1 South Korean national.
The house has a sitting room and large kitchen equipped with an oven/hob, double air fryer, rice cooker, and a 6-drawer freezer. There are two toilets and one shower.
The landlady covers the first €200 of each gas and electricity bill. WiFi is included in the rent. A month's rent as deposit and one month's rent in advance are required.
