Room availabe in Cabra, Dublin 7

Hi. We have a small single room available in Cabra, just beside Phoenix Park.
It's an international house, 1 Irish girl, 1 Irish guy, 1 Mexican Girl.

Available July 13th

We are looking for a respectful person, male or female, to rent the room. It's a quiet house, we all get along so we hope the new tenant will be similar.

We also have a back garden which is nice in summer!

Bills are not included in the rent. They are Elecricity, Gas, Internet, Bins.
