私たちはフレンドリーで経験豊富なホストファミリーで、学齢期の子供が2人います。ペットは飼っておらず、喫煙者もいません。
私の家は静かな住宅地にある3ベッドルームのセミデタッチドハウスです。
新築のダブルルームで、広い専用シャワールームがあります。
部屋には、快適なマットレス、ランプ付きベッドサイドテーブル、ワードローブ、オフィスデスク、椅子、フロアソファリクライニングチェア、コーヒーテーブル、遮光ブラインド、ラジエーター、ベッドサイドチェストが備わっています。約16平方メートルの広々としたお部屋で、オフィススペースとリラックススペースがあります。設備の整ったキッチンとモダンなリビングエリアがあり、広々とした日当たりの良い庭と無料駐車スペースがあります。
私たちの家はバリンティアの便利な場所にあります。ダンドラムタウンセンターとバラリー・ルーアス停留所まで徒歩25分です。 74、14、16、S8、116番のバス停と空港行きのバス停まで徒歩圏内です。周辺にはコンビニ、レストラン、パブ、薬局、美容院などがたくさんあります。UCDまではバスで約35分、ダブリン市内中心部まではバスまたはグリーン・ルーアスで45分です。

The rent is included all the utility bills.

We are looking for female non-smoker to share with as my Japanese tenant is moving back to Japan in July.

We are friendly and experienced host family with 2 school age children . We have no pet and non-smokers.

My house is a 3 bedrooms semi-detached house in a quiet estate.

This is a new built double room with a large ensuite shower room. The room comes with new firm mattress, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, office desk, chair, floor sofa recliner, coffee table, blackout blinds, radiators, and chest of drawers at the end of the bed. It is a very spacious room ( around 16 sq. meters) with office space and relax area.

We have a well-equipped kitchen and a modern living area with a nice-sized sunny garden and free parking space.

Our house is well located in Ballinteer. We are 25 mins walk to Dundrum Town Centre and Balally Luas stop. The 74, 14, 16, S8 ,116 bus stops and airport coach stop are short walk away. There are lots of convenience stores, restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, and hairdressers close by.
UCD is around 35 mins bus ride.
Dublin City centre is 45mins away by bus or by Green Luas line.

This is a great place to stay for students or professionals in Dublin.
