入居希望者
- 日本人女性2名
- ツインルーム1部屋 もしくは シングルルーム2部屋 を希望

希望エリア
- City center近く（公共交通機関で30分以内）

家賃の目安
- 600ユーロ以内／月（光熱費込みor別途相談）

その他の希望条件
- 家具付き
- 洗濯機使用可
- 禁煙の物件を希望

- Close to City Center (within 30 minutes by public transport)

Budget
- Up to €600 per month (including utilities or negotiable)

- Washing machine available
