[Looking for flatmate] in a two-bedroom apartment near Bord Gais Threater in Dublin 2.

About you: A female student (ideally) Hope you are clean and tidy, have normal routines, no pets, and not bring friends home. You will live with a lady in her early 30s who work in a tech company.

About the apartment: It is approx 10-minute walk from Trinity College and very close to the bus stop/Luas (approx 5-10minutes walk). Spars and restaurants are around the apartment (within 10mins walk).

Your room: You will have a double room with two large double door wardrobes, a window facing the south side (daily sunlight from morning till sunset) and a bathroom (you will have most of the space for your personal items and I will only share the shower with you).

Sharing space: You will share the kitchen, living room and the balcony with me and there is plenty of space to store luggage.

Move in date: can be discussed (earliest at late November till mid of Dec)
Duration: Long-term preferred (minimum 6months)
Rent: One month rent +One month deposit (price can be discussed in person after you contact me)
Bill: Gas+electricity+internel (we will split the bills, its approx 40 euro/month, winter can be slightly higher due to heating)
