I am looking for a house to live in from December.

Hello!
I came from Japan to study English at a language school.
After that I'm going to work.
That is Atlas Language School.
So I'm looking for it in Dublin.
I currently live in Dublin 6, so I can tolerate a 45 minute to 1 hour walk to school.

I would like to introduce myself.
I got a working holiday visa.
I will be attending a language school for 4 months, so I am looking for a house where I can stay for the remaining 7 to 8 months.
I'm thinking about rent around €800 a month.
I have lived alone for about 5 years, so I think I can keep my room clean.
And I'm sure you can follow the house rules you need.

I'm not good at talking, but I think I'm someone who follows the rules.
